Provides an area based website for local information, groups and association and business directory with other sections to be brought on-line shortly.
Thebestin produces for distribution to local homes an information / advertising magazine on a quarterly basis
TheBestIn allows the smaller local business to promote to a targeted local area in a cost effective manner by advertising in an area based website and "free" magazine delivered to 10,000 homes in each area.
Larger national business can also promote in a smaller targeted areas or across several areas at once.
The Job
Gathering local area information useful for the site and details of local groups and associations and their events.
You would be responsible for running and promoting TheBestIn in your area.
Your income is from sales of products and services, you can do all the sales yourself or work with a sales person ( see sales job section), to local businesses in your area and also profits from your local area site, less site rental.
The Products
Adverts and promotions in our local magazines, Adverts and promotions on local area website. Brochure websites and on-line promotion packages.
The Franchisee
Good communication skills and be able to adopt appropriate manner to get on with local people, groups etc. and to promote our products in a variety of methods to all business types.
A self-starter with a genuine desire to develop a profitable business and worth while position for your self in your community.
Have reasonable computer skills, (keyboard, emails, scanning etc. web design and DTP not required)
Knowledge of IT and a clear understanding of both internet and printed magazines as a sales tool.
Your own transport and office, possibly a room in your house or similar.
Terms
The position is permanent, subject to meeting conditions and complying with TheBestIn code of conduct. You will be your own boss so the hours you put in are up to you, but you can expect to be very busy for at least the first six months.
Training and examples to follow are provided.
